Refund policy


our model

every boop item is made when you order it– stitched and printed just for you, once your order is placed. this keeps waste low and options wide, but it also means that once production starts, an item can't be restocked or resold.

since our products are produced on demand, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing. 

we offer free replacements for any manufacturing defects reported within 14 days.

request a return for defective, damaged, or misprinted items

if something arrives incorrect — wrong design, wrong placement, manufacturing fault, or damaged in transit — we'll happily fix it.

to request a return or replacement:

  • submit this form within 14 days of receiving your order

  • you’ll need your order number and two clear photos showing the issue

  • we'll review and respond within 2–3 business days

once approved, you'll get a free replacement shipped to you, or a full refund to your original payment method.

important: claims submitted more than 14 days after your delivery date aren't eligible for replacement or refund.

size exchanges

we’re not able to process size exchanges. producing a replacement item is the same as producing a new one — and we'd need to do exactly that for an exchange. detailed sizing charts with garment measurements are on every product page.

buyer's remorse

because every product is made to order, we don't offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind situations — including if you ordered the wrong design, don't like the color, or simply changed your mind. 

lost packages

all orders include tracking. if your package hasn't moved and the estimated delivery date has passed, it may be lost in transit.

claims for lost packages must be submitted within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. use our contact form with your order number and tracking info. we'll look into it with the carrier, and if it's confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

if tracking shows "delivered" but nothing arrived: check with neighbors, your building's mail room, or your local post office first. carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered a day early. if the carrier has confirmed delivery, we're unable to issue a replacement.

wrong or undeliverable address

if the address you provided is undeliverable, the carrier will return it to our fulfillment facility.

  • you'll receive an email when it arrives back

  • please respond promptly to confirm your updated address

  • a shipping fee to the corrected address will be charged

unclaimed packages are held for 30 days before being donated. please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

special circumstances

customers in brazil: under brazilian consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 consecutive days of receiving it. contact us within that window. the returned item will be evaluated for use or damage before a refund is issued.

customers in the european union: pursuant to article 16(c) and (e) of directive 2011/83/eu, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised products. boop reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion in accordance with this directive.
