boop does not collect or store full credit card numbers, CVV, or expiry dates.

We may use third-party tools to deliver relevant advertising. This may involve sharing limited information (such as device identifiers or browsing behaviour).

7.5 Sale or Sharing of Personal Information (U.S. Residents)

Account information: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after

You have the following rights, subject to applicable law:

  • Correction: request correction of inaccurate information

  • Be informed of incidents involving the confidentiality of your personal information that present a risk of serious harm, where required by law

  • File a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca) if you believe your rights have not been respected

10.1 Additional Rights for U.S. Residents

Where applicable under U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and comparable legislation in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states, you may have the following rights:

  • Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share

  • Right to delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions)

  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information

  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information

  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information (if applicable)

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

10.2 Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing (U.S. Residents)

If you are a resident of certain U.S. states, including California, you have the right to direct us not to “sell” or “share” your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising purposes.

You may exercise this right by:

We will also process opt-out signals sent through browser-based controls such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) (globalprivacycontrol.org), where legally required.

10.3 Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We recognise browser-based opt-out signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where required by applicable law, we treat such signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the device and browser.

11. Marketing Communications (CASL)

You will only receive marketing emails where you have provided consent or where permitted by law.

All marketing communications will:

  • Identify boop Supply Inc. as the sender

  • Include our contact information

  • Provide an unsubscribe mechanism

You may unsubscribe at any time. Requests are processed promptly in accordance with CASL.
