we're a small team running on print-on-demand. that means we're not sourcing or auditing our own factories  - not yet.

boop is print-on-demand, made through printful. that means nothing gets made until you order it  - no warehouses full of unsold "feeling fractious" tees, no overproduction, no landfill guilt. but it also means we're working with printful's supplier network, not running our own factory. here's exactly what that means, item by item.

tees  - made in guatemala, nicaragua, mexico, honduras, or the us, depending on the run. bella + canvas holds Fair Labor Accreditation from the Fair Labor Association  - an independent, third-party body that audits actual working conditions, not just a logo on a hangtag. their dye house is also bluesign® certified, meaning the chemicals used are vetted as safe for workers and the environment.

crewnecks  - made by a los angeles-based company that manufactures overseas. their factories are WRAP-certified  - Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production, an independent nonprofit that audits against 12 principles covering forced labor, child labor, wages, hours, and safety. it's a real, external certification, not a self-assessment.

hats  - made primarily in china and myanmar. otto runs its own supplier compliance program with unannounced factory audits  - but those audits are conducted by otto's own team, not an independent certifying body like WRAP or the FLA. 

bandanas these are printful's own house product, made in their cut-and-sew facilities (one hub is in mexico) under printful's general supplier code of conduct. there's no brand-specific certification here  - it's the least documented item we sell.

much of our catalogue is backed by independent, audited labor certification. as boop grows, closing that gap is a priority. mentorship culture in vet med is about looking honestly at what's working and what isn't  - we're trying to hold our own supply chain to the same standard. if this changes, we'll update this page.
